Terms & Conditions
1.)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Validity
- All Quotes are valid for seven days.
2.)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Artwork
- Artwork is charged out at R 350.00 for the first hour and R 350.00 per hour thereafter (or part thereof)
- The only accepted artwork formats are Corel draw files or High Resolution PDF’S if artwork is supplied
- Any changes that need to be made by TAG Expose Yourself cc to the artwork supplied will be charged for at R 350.00 per hour or part thereof.
- TAG Expose Yourself cc will not be held responsible for the outcome of any printing due to poor quality artwork supplied
- Specific colours cannot be guaranteed unless they are specified in CMYK values.
3.)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Commencement of Job
- No job will commence until the quote has been accepted, the proof sheet has been signed off and 70% deposit has cleared in TAG Expose Yourself cc’s Bank Account.
- A 70 % deposit is required on all orders.
4.)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Delivery
- Delivery is 5-10 working day’s if all stock is available. A surcharge of 25% will be charged on all rush jobs.
- NO order will be released without prior payment on notification of completion or proof there of.
- A delivery Charge of R 150.00 will be charged on orders less than R 1 000.00.
5.)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Non Payment
- Any outstanding amounts will be handed over to our Attorney’s for collection. Any fees charged for such collections will be for the customers account.
- Interest will be charged at 20% per annum on all over due accounts.
6.)        Samples          Â
- Any samples issued will be invoiced and credited if returned within 7 working days in a saleable condition (In its packet, folded neatly including all labels).
7.)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Cancellations of Orders
- All orders cancelled will levy a 25% penalty or loss of deposit.
8.)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Discrepancies or Defects
- Any discrepancies or defects need to be brought to our attention with in 7 working days from date of delivery to enable TAG Expose Yourself to rectify the problem. Failure to do so within 7 days will result in the order to be deemed correct and full payment will be mandatory.
